To be eligible to access all parts of the SJ Helpline Services website you must be either a helpline manager, director or similar, involved in the provision of a helpline service at a high level.

To protect the confidentiality of clients and users no helplines are specifically referred to, or may be referred to, in any public part of this website.

Any defamatory, obscene, rude or libellous posts will be removed. Debate is encouraged.

The Training Hub is available to people involved in helpline provision who wish to undertake the on line training courses either as registrants themselves or as administrators of training for colleagues.

The website administrators reserve the right to rescind registration rights of any user at any time with immediate effect.

The website administrators reserve the right to change access arrangements at any time, with due notice to registered users.

SJ Helpline Services reserves the right to expel any registered user who does not abide by the terms and conditions of the organisation.

SJ Helpline Services will not pass on any registered user details to any external third parties. We may seek your permission to share contact details between registered users. Please see the Privacy Policy for details of how information is handled.

The website administrators reserve the right to change the terms and conditions of this site at any time.

Training Cancellation Policy

SJ Helpline Services applies the terms of the policy below in relation to Cancellation of Training or Non Availability of Booked In Delegates.

SJ Helpline Services makes every attempt to provide all training as promoted, on the dates and at the times given.  In the event of cancellation due to unforeseen circumstances which cannot be overcome all bookings may be transferred to an alternative date at no additional charge.

If SJ Helpline Services cannot provide an alternative date a full refund will be given.  SJ Helpline Services is not liable for any other costs (travel) which may already have been incurred.

Booked delegates may transfer to an alternate date at any time up to 14 days prior to the original booked event.

Booked delegates may cancel attendance up to 14 days before the training event. Refund will be given but dependent upon location and policies there, a small amount may be retained to cover costs.

Cancellations within 14 days of the training event will not be refunded.  There will be no refund for no show, or if the delegate is unable to attend the training event for any reason.
